Sick of having to rip out your needles when you make a mistake? Does the idea of dropping back to fix a mistake five rows below fill you with terror? This class will have you fearlessly tackling your knitting foe as you learn to fix your knitting mistakes quickly and efficiently - without ripping.

In this 3 hour workshop, we begin by exploring how to read your knitting and identify different stitches such as increases and decreases; an essential skill for any knitter who wants to expand their skill set.

This will lead us into fixing those small mistakes that often drive knitters to frogging in frustration, such as a mis-placed increase or a split stitch. You will learn how to focus on the area where there is a problem and drop back to that stitch or group of stitches to fix dropped stitches, mis-crossed cables, incorrect stitch patterns (including lace) or even a missing or extra decrease/increase, without having to rip back entire rows or frog your whole project. The approaches and techniques you learn in this class will give you the confidence and step-by-step knowledge to tackle any mistake.

This price includes entry to the entire Soul Craft Festival for the day of the masterclass.

While this is a technique based class, students will take with them a swatch that serves as a sampler of their learning and skill acquisition.
